Built to repeat itself.

The K6 runs the same pick-and-place 1,400 times an hour at ±0.02 mm — and reports every single cycle back to your line.

Cells

Three arms.
One promise.

Every Kestrel cell ships as a sealed unit — arm, controller, guarding, vision and the conveyor hand-off — cycle-proven in our bay before it is crated.

Integration

Floor plan to
first part in 31 days.

We do not sell arms in boxes. We take a drawing of your line and hand back a running cell, on your floor, at your takt.

  1. Survey & twin

A two-day site visit becomes a digital twin of your line. Reach, guarding and conveyor heights are fixed before anything is cut.

  2. Built in our bay

The cell is assembled and run on your actual parts for 48 hours in Bay 4. You get the cycle log, not a promise.

  3. Commissioned

Craned in, bolted down, taught in under a week. Your operators run the first production shift with our engineer beside them.

  4. Two million cycles

Every cycle is logged to the millisecond. Gearbox and belt service is scheduled from the data, not the calendar.

Send us a part.
We send back a cycle time.

Ship one sample and a sketch of the hand-off. Within ten working days you get a video of a K-series arm running it and a fixed cycle time in writing.
